Desisting’s law

According to the "Law 3/2014, on 27th of March, in which is modified the combined text of the General Law for the Defense of the Consumers and Users and others supplementary laws, approved by the Real Legislative Order 1/2007, on 16th of November" in which is regulated this law, the client has the right to desist of the current contract in a period of 14 natural days without the need of justification. The period of desisting will expire to the 14 natural days from the day which you or a third party by you indicated, different to the shipper, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To practise the law of desisting, you must notify to us your decision of desisting the contract through of an unequivocal declaration by post or e-mail.

In case of desisting, the client will receive the refund of the return costs by the purchase, including the shipping costs (with the exception of the additional expenses resultant of the choice by your part of a modality of delivery different to the modality less expensive of ordinary delivery which we will offer). We will proceed to effect this refund using the same method of payment employed by you to the beginning transaction. We inform you that, we will be able to restrain the refund until the reception of the goods. The client must assume the direct cost of the goods' return.

Exceptions to the desisting’s law

The right of desisting will not be applicable to the following contracts: "The supply of goods manufactured in agreement to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly customized"

We remember that most of the items manufactured in this company are bespoke and request of the consumer or user according to the leather's type or colour, dimensions, customization's stamp, etc. The desisting's law will not be applicable in these cases.

Delivery expenses

Delivery expenses will be shown during the shopping process. The moment we send the products to you, you will receive an email with all necessary data to follow the shipment.


The user/purchaser can send us a complaint by email or regular mail mentioning its purchase data, date and the reason or the complaint.
